Bus will board at the curbside marked in red on Crescent Lawn directly facing Springer Gateway. Bus will load at the FlixBus street sign.

Bus will board in the bus and taxi loading area on the west side of the Richmond Station. The loading area is east of the BART parking structure and west of the BART tracks. The FlixBus will utilize the middle loading lane with the bus shelters on the east side of the lane and the taxi loading zone (green/yellow/white curb) on the west side. Bus will use the shelter south of the paratransit stop shelter.
